Celavista Laboratories (USA)
Celavista Laboratories Corp is the parent company of the Celavista Group. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, it is the platform through which Celavista science reaches the U.S. market.
Celavista Mito‑Biogenesis (Spain)
Celavista Mito‑Biogenesis is the group's pharmaceutical company in Spain, with its registered office in Corbera de Llobregat (Barcelona) and manufacturing, warehousing and distribution at the UPV Science Park in Leioa (Bizkaia). It is registered with the U.S. FDA (FEI 3027397746) and is a member of ASEBIO, the Spanish Bioindustry Association. Its current portfolio of more than 30 products is available at celavista.com.
Aircuretech (USA)
Aircuretech is a U.S. company associated with Celavista Laboratories. It develops biomimetic carbon‑capture technology that originated at Naturemimetix. Aircuretech is led by CEO Joan Puig.
Atmospheric chemistry: atoms present in gas form that, in contact with any surface, solid or liquid, transform and create molecules. Biomass, biodiversity and human food productivity are all made of carbon, 97% of the composition of life on Earth. Aircure accelerates what nature does: it creates molecules from almost unlimited resources, in cycle, without exhausting the atoms or materials. It can be applied to any surface, from oceans and soil to buildings, with current economics and no new industrial revolution. It has already created its very first product.
Aircure PhytoEnhancer
Aircure PhytoEnhancer is the Aircuretech company that will manufacture its first product, for the agri‑food sector, and is ready to invest in and scale testing and production.
Naturemimetix (NMX)
Naturemimetix, whose motto was “Nature & Beyond”, created the concept of “epimimetic” products: inspired by nature, eco‑designed, eco‑efficient and safe. The prefix “epi‑” means “beyond”: an epimimetic product applies human knowledge to the research nature has carried out over millions of years, to improve the health, well‑being and environment of living beings. Nature researches; NMX develops and innovates. Scientific partners include CSIC‑INMA and the University of Navarra.
AIONSIGHT
AIONSIGHT, based in Barcelona, is a clinical‑stage start‑up in advanced clinical ophthalmology, led by Dr. Adolfo Vivar Badía. It develops integrated solutions for the diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up of degenerative eye diseases, across neurosciences, neurodevelopment, neuro‑ophthalmology and vascular medicine. AIONSIGHT was co‑founded with Celavista, which contributes its neuro‑ophthalmology programmes and molecules. It is preparing patent filings and advanced clinical studies that leverage artificial intelligence, and aims to grow, over the next 12 to 18 months, into a strong company with partners across several continents.
Dr. Adolfo Vivar Badía, MD, PhD, is an ophthalmologist and has been founder and director of the Instituto Oftalmológico Vivar Badia in Barcelona since 1989. Trained at the Barraquer Ophthalmology Centre and the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (University of Miami), he has spent his career developing innovative techniques in glaucoma, corneal implants, cataract surgery and retinal disease.

The Life Project is the group's clinical brand, offering immediate‑action programmes on healthy ageing across four areas: clinical, pharma, nutrigenomics and advanced therapies.
Artificial Mitochondrial Engineering
The creation of synthetic or engineered organelles for cells, tissues and organs, as well as free mitochondria not linked to cells.
Celavista China
Celavista China is a project planned for 2027. We are seeking partners worldwide in neuro‑ophthalmology and in ageing and longevity to help shape it from its earliest stages.
